NOTE: You might ask - why is this paddle different? This is a very limited production OEM Compartment Door Handle for the Supreme Spartan Bodies made in the Pennsylvania plant in 2010 - 2012. This case is NOT found on 99% of Supreme bodies. The only difference is the location of two studs on the mechanism. On this version they are above the mounting holes. See the photos and note the pink dots. E = Exception Paddle R = Regular Paddle.
If you think your truck body was made in 2010 - 2012 in Pennsylvania, please remove your present case and note the location of the studs. If they are on top, this is your correct paddle case. In all other ways the specs of this case are identical to the other Paddle Case we sell.
Measures 6 3/8" wide x 4 1/8" tall.
